About us:

 

We are Cwmffrwdoer School Council. We have been nominated by our peers to represent the school and the voices and opinions of the pupils. 

 

What we do: 

 

 

• Meet regularly to discuss and give opinions about key events in the school calendar.

• Represent the views of pupils

• Suggest and help to make improvements to many aspects of school life

• Make decisions about how the school can support local and global charities

• Co-ordinate charitable and fundraising events

• Present information to stakeholder groups such as Governors 

• Liaise as appropriate with outside professionals, e.g. NurtureUK, Rights Respecting Schools

• Ensure all children have a good understanding of current initiatives such as Rights Respecting Schools and ensure that all classes are fulfilling responsibilities
