Family Breakfast

Please join us for our second family breakfast this Friday from 8:30am. A text has been sent out which must be responded to if you wish to attend as the kitchen staff need to have numbers beforehand.


Foundation Phase trip to Treasure Island

Pupils in Foundation Phase will enjoy a session at Treasure Island on Tuesday 3rd

December. Pupils in Year 3 who chose not to go on the KS2 cinema trip will also attend. We are only asking parents/carers for a donation towards the cost of the bus, school is funding the visit. A separate letter is being sent home today for parents/carers to sign and return.


Eco Mufty Day 

Following a visit to Greenmeadow Community Farm, the Eco-Committee have decided to hold a mufty day on Monday 9th December, to raise money to support refugees in the UK. The Eco-Committee have provided further information in a separate letter posted on the website.


Weekly Attendance Award

Each week in Celebration Assembly, the class with the best attendance are rewarded with a mufty day the following Friday. Dosbarth Barafundle are the winners yet again this week but as this Friday 29th November is a non-uniform day for the whole school, Dosbarth Barafundle can wear mufty tomorrow on Thursday 28th December.


CPR training for all parents/carers

Donna from Welsh Hearts who previously provided CPR training to all pupils last year will return to work with our reception pupils as well as providing training for parents/carers between 2pm and 3pm on Friday 6th December.

Please come along for this life-saving training.


Mini Enterprise Sale Wednesday 18th December 9:45am

Families are invited to attend our Enterprise Sale where all classes including nursery will be selling products they have designed through their enterprising ideas. The object of the Mini Enterprise Project is to make a profit and cover the loans that classes have to make their products.

Children can bring money to purchase items if parents/carers are not able to attend.

Caffi Cymraeg

Our group of pupils who make up ‘Criw Cymraeg’ are leading the second Caffi Cymraeg this week for families in Dosbarth Aberdovey who are invited into school to enjoy a drink and biscuit while learning some Welsh from our fabulous pupils.


There will be a further three sessions in the Spring term for the following classes:
